Iperius Backup 2.8 has been released.
This Iperius version significantly extends the FTP backup features, introducing the FTP Download. This backup type allows to automatically download entire websites, files and folders, and make local backups.
The download is incremental, and allows to keep multiple copies. Furthermore, immediately after the download is completed, Iperius can compress the downloaded files into a zip archive, or automatically copy them to any mass storage device: Tape, NAS, RDX, network, etc.
A new Desktop edition has been released. At only 29 euro, it allows to protect a workstation also making the Drive Image backup.
Now the Open File Backup function (VSS) is available starting from the Essential edition (69 euro, even for servers).
Some other important features have been added: multiple incremental backups in FTP upload, file comparison using MD5, SHA1 and CRC methods, Spanish translation.
For the complete list of new features and to download Iperius, read this page on the official site.
Hello,
I made a backup from ftp (only full backup one copy), then its zip them. But why iperius wont delete last fullbackup folder, and then download again all files? Because now if old backup folder contain files which are deleted already in source(ftp), they will copy to new backup also.
